HVAC Foreman Install Technician

American Heating and Air is hiring a full-time, experienced HVAC Foreman or Lead Installer to join our growing team. If you take pride in quality work, leadership, and getting the job done right, we want to hear from you. Best of all—you’ll be home every night.

Pay Range: $20–$30 per hour (higher pay available for highly experienced candidates)

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and perform HVAC installations in residential, new construction, and light commercial projects
  • Work on projects throughout the Sioux Falls area
  • Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to high quality standards
  • Collaborate with team members or work independently as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in HVAC installation (Foreman or lead experience preferred)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work overhead and on ladders
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Dependable, team-oriented, and self-motivated
